3. Orders & Payment Terms

Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order and begin processing only after payment authorization and order verification (1-2 business days).

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You are responsible for providing valid payment details. Your card may be authorized at the time of order placement.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, excluding select remote and Asian regions. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

All delivery timelines are estimates. You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in original, unworn, pristine condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Final Sale Items

Due to their profound personal significance and customized nature, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• All Engagement Rings, Bridal Sets, and Bridal Earrings.
• Any Customized or Personalized piece.
• All Eternity Rings & Bands.

Refunds

Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
