We offer two reliable shipping options to serve our global clientele (excluding select remote regions):
- Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): A flat fee of $12.95. Delivery is typically completed within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Complimentary for all orders over $50. Delivery is typically completed within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way. All times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing.
International Orders
We ship worldwide, with exceptions for some Asian and remote regions. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is our paramount concern. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process for eligible items.
Our Promise: You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, unworn, pristine condition with all tags, certificates (e.g., diamond grading reports), and packaging intact.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and details. We recommend using the provided template for clarity.
- Receive Authorization: Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including a secure return address.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all documents. Affix the provided label. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service (e.g., DHL, FedEx). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Inspection & Processing: Our quality team will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
Refunds & Credits
- Timeline: Upon approval, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Store Credit: If chosen, an electronic gift card is emailed immediately upon approval.
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Exchanges
To exchange an eligible item for another piece from our COLLECTIONS (such as Accents, Bracelets, or Color Diamonds), indicate your preference in your initial request. Once your return is approved, we will promptly ship the new item. Standard or free shipping (for orders over $50) applies to the new shipment, and you will be responsible for any price difference.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity and profound significance of certain pieces, the following are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Engagement Rings & Bridal Sets: All items under our ENGAGEMENT RINGS, Bridal Sets, and Bridal Earrings collections, due to their deeply personal and often customized nature.
- Customized or Personalized Pieces: Any item specially ordered, engraved, or altered to your specifications.
- Eternity Rings & Bands: Symbolizing an unbroken circle of commitment, these are final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
